Woman Thrown Off Delta Flight For Outburst (Video)

| by Jonathan Constante

A woman was kicked out of a Delta airplane for throwing a tantrum after being seated next to a young mother and her baby (video below).

Video of the incident was shared on Facebook on Feb. 6 by Marissa Rundell, the Daily Mail reported. The 19-year-old mother was traveling with her 8-month-old baby, Mason, at the time.

"She was the last one to get on the plane and I was in the second to last row of the plane," Rundell told the Daily Mail. "She came to the back and slammed her bags down. She said 'this is f**king ridiculous. It's bulls**t having to sit in the back of the plane.'"

Rundell asked the unidentified passenger if she could not use profanity around her baby. She said the woman ignored her, continued complaining and did not bother to even look her way.

"I said again please watch your language she told me to shut the f**k up and shove it," Rundell recalled. "That's when the flight attendant came over and asked what the problem was."

In the video, the attendant is heard offering the woman a seat on the next plane. The woman then asks the flight attendant for her name. The attendant, Tabitha, responds with her name and employee number.

"Thank you, Tabitha, you may not have a job tomorrow," the woman says to the flight attendant.

"I want this lady off my flight," Tabitha responds, as she storms past the woman.

"No I can't, Tabitha," the woman replies. "I apologize, I have to be on this flight, ok, Tabitha?"

Tabitha then accused her of screaming at the baby.

"I'm not screaming," the woman says. "I'll be quiet now, please. Ok, I'm sorry, I was really stressed out. Please, Tabitha. Thank you."

The video then abruptly ends.

Rundell said the gate agent instructed the woman to leave the plane, but she tried talking her way out of it.

"Ten mins later she came back and got her things and was again swearing up a storm saying they will all regret kicking her off the plane," Rundell said, adding that she was pleased with the way the airline handled the situation.

"I thought it was funny how she was acting like a child throwing a tantrum," Rundell said. "Also I see videos all the time about people bashing airlines for kicking people off so this is like the opposite.

"The flight attendants were absolutely amazing."

Rundell also thanked the airline staff in the Facebook post.

"This lady thought she was going to be rude to me and Mason now she has no way home today," Rundell wrote. "Thank you to the lovely Delta flight attendant for not letting this women bully us. Karma is a b***h."

The video has more than 1 million views and has been shared more than 12,000 times in just one week.
